About our CEO
Yuta Miyano, President & CEO of SHINOBIUM, CPA.
- Mr. Miyano is currently the President & CEO at SHINOBIUM Co., Ltd., conducting M&A financial advisory and management consulting.
- Worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. for 4 years, and 9 years at private equity and financial consulting firms, and developed broad financial and management skills before founding SHINOBIUM in 2013.
- Achieved buyouts of about JPY 5 billion and arrangement of relevant LBO loans in his days with private equity firms.
- Mr. Miyano holds a BA in Economics from Waseda University and a certificate in International Business, Finance and Investment in Singapore from Nanyang Technological University(NTU, Singapore).
